This core course of the ConnEXion Community introduces new mindsets of organizational management to foster change and adapt to existing and future environmental contexts that may arise. Participants will be provided with a systems view of government and they will also explore lean government, intrapreneurship and how to leverage resources to achieve results that make a difference to Canadians.
