OBS

L'expression «capitis deminutio media» se traduit littéralement par «moyenne diminution de tête» dans le contexte du droit romain. Elle comprend non seulement la perte du droit de cité, mais aussi la perte du statut de famille. Nous suggérons l'équivalent «perte partielle de personnalité civile» en guise de «moyenne diminution de tête».
